How do I get to the start of my tour?

We offer land-only tours, and clients are responsible for their flights to and from the destination country. For the majority of our tours, we do not automatically include travel arrangements to the start or from the endpoint of the tour; however, our sales team can offer advice and assist you in booking private transfer arrangements from and/or to major ports, such as airports or train stations. On some select tours, it has been possible to include arrival and departure transfers, typically from and returning to a major airport. In such instances, these transfers will be listed within the inclusions of the tour profile, along with specific details on the collection and drop-off locations. 

For many tours, we publish within the booking form our contracted rates for private arrival and departure transfers from specific locations. These rates will also stipulate the size of the vehicle.  Should you require a larger vehicle, or a different collection / arrival point, please contact our sales team for a quotation.

Private transfers can be selected at the time of booking, or added once you have your travel plans arranged. Please note that cancelling a confirmed private transfer booked by us will be subject to our standard cancellation terms.
