King Ludwig Trail 14 September 2025

We are traveling from the USA for the King Ludwig Trail Tour. We have not yet received pre-departure information regarding maps and hotels. We did receive confirmation of our trip and payment. Is anyone else on this board doing this tour, and have you received the pre-departure information yet? Thanks.
