How to pay for your holiday

Online Booking Form or Email Payment Link - by Credit or Debit Card

This is our default and easiest payment option. We accept Visa, MasterCard and AmEx. 

  • When submitting an online booking form, you will be asked to pay a deposit (typically 20% of the booking value) on form completion.
  • When the time to pay your balance comes (usually six weeks before the departure date), you will receive a balance-due email with a link that will take you to a page where you can input your card details and pay securely online. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express payments from customers worldwide.

If you encounter problems paying this way (e.g. card not accepted by the system), you can opt to use any of the alternative methods listed below.

 Limitations

The online booking form and email payment links will only allow you to pay for the entire group, and the amounts cannot be manually changed or split. If your group members prefer to pay separately / individually, you should use one of the alternative methods listed below. We ask the group leader (lead booker) to share with you all your costs per person so it is clear what you need to pay.

 

Other online payment methods

Our default payment method is by card, either when submitting the online booking form (for deposits) or by following the secure email payment link (for balance payments). You can alternatively use any of the payment methods below. 

  • Credit/Debit Card with custom (manually entered) amounts (via the website or over the phone) - we accept Visa, MasterCard and AmEx
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • You can choose your payment currency once you open the payment form.

Whatever payment method you choose, please always provide your booking ID (this is the 9-digit booking reference number included in your confirmation), which will allow us to attribute your payment to your booking correctly and promptly.

 

Bank transfer

Here is a list of our bank accounts. You can directly pay via Wise.com (formerly TransferWise, fully FCA regulated) or make a regular wire transfer. Note that processing bank transfers usually takes longer than card or PayPal payments.
