Finding your trip using the Trip Search
Our Trip Search is a powerful tool to search our tours by keywords and/or filter them based on:
- Destination (country or continent)
- Activity (walking, cycling...)
- Travel style (self-guided, guided...)
- Difficulty grade
- Availability by month
- Theme (collection) e.g. most popular, dog-friendly holidays...
You can sort the results based on tour price or duration.
Checking availability and prices for a specific trip (including prices of available add-ons)
To check availability, cost and available options for a specific date within the desired month, on the tour page you need to click "Dates & Prices", choose the number of people and the departure month. Then the available dates during the respective month will show and on the next screen you can see the tour price for the respective date (as some tours have seasonal pricing) and the available options with their prices too.
Requesting a tour departure

Upon receiving your deposit payment (or final balance for late bookings), we will start making the booking arrangements for your tour. You will receive a notification email first to let you know we have received your payment and provisional booking request details, and that confirming all services for your tour may take up to 5-7 business days to confirm. In most cases, it will be quicker than this. During peak booking seasons, you may not directly hear from our sales team immediately, but rest assured your booking request has been assigned to one of our adventure specialists and is being actively worked on.
In the unlikely event that, upon submitting your booking request, there is no availability for your desired dates, you will have the option to have your deposit immediately refunded in full or book alternative dates. In some cases, we can offer a slightly modified itinerary to match hotel availability for your preferred dates – you again will have the option to either have an unconditional full refund or book the proposed modified itinerary.
Once the booking has been confirmed by us, the deposit becomes non-refundable and is subject to our standard booking conditions.
We strongly advise you not to make any non-refundable flight reservations before we have explicitly confirmed your holiday booking.
